School of Physics and Electronic Engineering actively participated in the special job fair for doctoral talents in universities

The 2023 Spring Job Fair for High-level Talents in Universities was held in many famous universities in China. Our college actively participated in the special job fair organized by the university at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences on March 11 and the special job fair at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics on March 12.

This job fair attracted a large number of excellent doctoral talents to consult. Among them, more than 10 excellent doctors who meet the talent demand plan of our school consulted in detail about our talent policy and our discipline platform and other aspects. After understanding the situation, they submitted their CVs to the university and intended to join the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering of Jiangsu University.

The School of Physics and Electronic Engineering has always attached importance to the introduction and cultivation of talents. While actively participating in the job fairs organized by the university, the college will take the initiative to get in touch with relevant universities to promote our university's talent policy and our talent needs on the ground, and the introduction of talents has been effective. In the past three years, the college has reported 11 high-level doctoral talents. Among them, one person has been evaluated as a special professor in Jiangsu Province, one person has been awarded a doctorate in Jiangsu Province, and one project of Macao Young Scientist Program and three projects of National Natural Youth Science Foundation of China have been approved. At present, the college also keeps good contact with a number of graduating doctoral talents, and warmly welcomes all doctoral talents who are interested in teaching and research in universities to join us.
